In 2005, Ruian Nanfeng, the predecessor of Huangshan Nanfeng, was established in Zengshan Industrial Zone, TaoTown, Ruian City. After 12 years of development, Huangshan Nanfeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in Shexian County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan City in 2017, with a total area of 45,000 square meters.Huangshan Nanfeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprises with production of thermostat assembly, intake manifold, valve cover and heater valve .The company has already got the ISO9001:2008 and TS16949 quality management system certification. Our production team was combined with a 15 person R & D team, a 20 person quality inspection team,with a total employees of 219 persons .In terms of equipment , the company owns 40 advanced Haitian injection molding machines, 8 ultrasonic welding machines, and 11 imported American EMERSON friction and vibration welding machines. Strict testing method with high-low temperature test boxes and air seal testing machine and other devices , preferred high quality raw materials, all these contribute to excellent quality products.At present, the company already has 280 kinds of valve chamber covers, 100 kinds of intake manifold, 500 kinds of thermostat assembly. In addition, 5-8 new products are added every month.The products rang from Europe, America, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia to other major markets.Adhering to the principle of "quality first, service first", the company always supply our clients with a competitive price and excellent service.
